Nose

A very restrained touch of blue berry.

Taste

It’s as if the idea of a plum is suspended in this Bacanora without fully embracing the sugar and juiciness of it. Comes across as more of an eau de vie than an agave spirit.

Mazot’s uvalama infusion is a meeting of horticultural worlds, the agave spirit and the Vitex mollis tree which is endemic to Sonora.
