Light, crisp, and green on the nose with a touch of white pepper and hints of savoriness.
Taste
Rich, roasted agave pops on my palate with a touch of creaminess and black pepper and ripe tropical fruits that open up as I continue to take more sips. Long and numbing finish even at 42% abv. This mezcal is very well balanced and a definite session sipper as well as a great introduction for new-to-mezcal drinkers.
