Nose
A really fruity scent that reminds me of a grapy raicilla because it has some of that classic lactic fermentation going on stretching into gonzo Jolly Rancher sweetness. Neon for your nose.
Taste
There’s a fascinating tang at the front of mouth which dissolves into a lean body. It’s full of herbs, I get mint, a touch of thyme, and marjoram on a lively base of agave sugars.
Background
Create by Grupo Logoche, a 12 person co-op founded in 2009 that includes three extended families. The madrecuixe used in this bottle comes from plants endemic to Miahuatlán which were all farmed.
