Movies, mezcal, and Bricia Lopez (who could ask for more?)

We’re obviously just catching up with our rss feeds (the disappearance of google reader hit us hard) but better later than never.

First up, the ever fabulous Bricia Lopez has a link to a beguiling trailer about Oaxaca’s traditions that makes us reflect on traditions everywhere.

And then there’s the money shot, she announces the arrival of the Pierde Almas Botanical, presumably at La Guelaguetza. Can’t wait to see if this pops up in the Bay Area otherwise we’ll have to beg her to save us a sip.
