Nose
Sundried tomato and baked earth are cool and crisp aromas.
Taste
It is smooth on the palate, showing notes of mixed citrus and flowers. The flavors are deeply concentrated and rich with orange zest, flanked by rose petals and cool mint. A graphite minerality persists on the finish, driving home the earthy core.
Method/Background
Agaves are cooked in an in-ground pit, mechanically crushed, fermented in above ground wooden tanks, and double distilled in a small copper pot still.
