Nose
Lemon zest and fresh cut agave.
Taste
A very light mineralogy with some salt and wet granite.
Production Details
- Agave sources: 12-year-old wild agave A. americana which limits production to an average of 2,000 liters per year.
- Roast: Pink peppercorns and red chili peppers are added to the roast. Oak wood was used to fire the oven.
- Crush: Egyptian.
- Fermentation: Pine vats.
- Distillation: Copper
