Nose

There’s a rich earthiness to it with a bit of brine on top of a rich sugar cane backbone.

Taste

This is a very mellow tasting experience. The Mazot Blanco has a measured body full of fresh sugar cane with touches of eucalyptus, pine, lactic pickle brine, and clay.

As the mainstay of Mazot this is one of those fantastic expressions of a different idea about agave spirts. It has barely a hint of smoke. The main idea here is a sweet base elaborated with all sorts of flavors. It’s one to linger over.
