Tomas Artesanal traditional mezcal is a hand craft spirit made with 100% agave Espadin. The agave is traditionally cooked in an earthen pit oven, milled by horse drawn stone tahona, fermentation with wild yeast, and double distilled in a copper alambique. Hand crafted and distilled in the small village of Santa Ana del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico.
Mildly smoky, full bodied, fruity, and agave forward. A very versatile mezcal. Great in mezcal cocktails and sipping
neat.
