Rio Revuelto Espadin is made with agave Espadin by Virgilio Velasco Perez in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, fermented with river water, and double distilled in a copper alambique still. 1580 bottles
