The back of the Neta Espadin bottle has many of the production details and NETA’s site has even more like the fact that they were grown in the milpa system, ripened quite a bit (90 agaves produced 900 liters), and were harvested by the light of the full moon. While it’s debatable that harvest by the full moon has empirical bearing on the quality of the mezcal, it definitely says quite a bit about the level of intention lavished on it.
