The El Buho Ensamble Mezcal is crafted from four agave plants; the Arroqueno, the Coyote, the Barril, and the Cuishe. The El Buho Ensambles are made in the most traditional way possible: all the different agave are kept together during the cook, mash, fermentation and the distillation.
