The Bruxo 2 is classified as an abocado according to NOM 70 because Herminio Coronado infuses roasted agave after the second distillation. Bruxo calls this a “Joven- Abocado con Corazon de maguey” and attributes the slight yellow hue to this mezcal to that process.
