This is AQARÁ’s blanco, a 40% ABV agave spirit that feels directed at the cocktail market even if it’s rich and flavorful on its own, it doesn’t have the dramatic bouquet of the Agreste which is made with the same mix of agaves but trimmed a little less and bottled at 45% ABV. It still has a very fruit forward personality that is common to the three bottles of AQARÁ that I’ve tried to date.
