Nose

Mixed citrus is fruit on the nose, with undertones of coffee, smoke, and roasted bell peppers.

Taste

The flavors are clean and focused, delivering ripe pineapple and lime zest up front. The weighty texture is rough yet refined, caressing the palate like fine suede. There is fiery spice mixed into more citrus and campfire notes as each sip mellows out to a creamy, soursop finish. 

Method/Background 

Made in the same village as the iconic VIDA mezcal, this artisanal mezcal is produced by cooking agaves in an in-ground pit, crushed, fermented in wooden vats and double distilled in copper pot stills.
