A project from Ulises Torrentera. Designed as a tribute to the flavors of Oaxaca, and born out of a desire to support the local economy during the difficulties of the 2020 pandemic, Versus was crafted with seasonal ingredients from local vendors. The espadin mezcal is distilled with local ingredients in the second distillation. Available as a certified mezcal in Europe and as a destilado de agave in the USA.
