Siembra Metl

Siembra Metl is project and brand created by David Suro. It features small production agave spirits primarily from the state of Michoacan and highlights traditional and ancestral production methods.

Part of the reason Suro began the Siembra Metl project was to help show consumers the power of small batch agave spirits, and what kinds of cultural expressions can be preserved if we hold tight to the community-centric values that make mezcal, mezcal.

Their spirits focus on Traceability, Transparency and Terroir.
