Peloton de la Muerte
Peloton de la Muerte (march of the dead) launched with an espadin produced by Zapotec maestro mezcalero Cutberto Santiago and his family in a small artisanal mezcal palenque in Santiago Matatlán, in the Central Valley of Oaxaca. The line now includes two expressions from Mazatlan, Guerrero, a vegan pechuga and a Maguey Criollo.
This is a project from Chef Danny Mena who is also a partner in Mezcal de Leyendas.
