Mezcalero

These bottles are extremely limited and express the best of their terroir. Mezcalero is a collaboration between Ansley Coale of Craft Distillers, Destilería Los Danzantes and a handful of individual artisan distillers, often from remote villages in Oaxaca to source single batches of mezcals made from at least 50% wild agaves.

First released in 2011, Mezcalero seeks to preserve the craft of small-batch Mezcal production by making the fruits of this labor-intensive spirit more widely available.
