Mezcal Local

Local Mezcal is produced by Leonel Hernández (Don Gil), a third generation maestro mezcalero in San Pablo Villa de Mitla.

After an exhausting trip, he and his family welcomed us into their home. Here we experienced the true warmth of Oaxacan Spirit through his wife’s homemade food, great conversation, and his signature Mezcal. That is why we chose the name, LOCAL. There is nothing better than the warmth of where you call home.”
