Don Antonio Aguilar

Another of the small number of mezcals appearing from Zacatecas and this one is made from Blue Agave which hints at the great diversity and volume of agaves planted across Mexico.

On the trivia side of things, this mezcal is named for one of Mexico’s most famous singers and actors. Performing as a singing Charro or cowboy he rode his way through Mexico’s Epoca de Oro films and into fame.
