Desert Door Texas Sotol

A Texas produced sotol that uses dasylyrion wheeleri grown in Texas for production. While Sotol has a Denominacion de Origen that limits production to Mexico, it is not internationally recognized and therefore production that happens outside of Mexico is also called Sotol.
