Nose
A rather profound breath of sea air, touch of ground anise, and the scent of freshly crushed sugar cane.
Taste
In a class of its own and I’m not just saying this because this is a Mezcalistas exclusive. I got this tiny 50mm sample bottle so I’m enjoying it as much as possible before it’s gone. It’s a pleasing ride on undulating waves of mineral and sweetness with a touch of salinity, celery seed and white pepper.
Method / Background Notes
NETA Spirits does it again in sourcing something extraordinary from an impeccable mezcalero, Aniceto Garcia. These are truly small production spirits so honor them for what they are, the products of generations of traditional production.
