Agave titanota

The titanota grows in the Oaxacan region of Mixteca Alta and is small to small med and has a short penca, gnarly white spines and edges and a non branching quiote that is dark green. It takes 7-10 years to mature and reproduces via seed and hijuelo. The common variety in the species is Cuche.
