Fidencio Unico is distilled in a custom, wood fired, Alembic still that was custom designed by their mezcalero, Enrique Jiménez. It is distilled twice and then bottled. This Mezcal is slightly sweet with subtle aromas of charcoal, green apple and pear. The flavor bouquet goes from slightly smoky to these ripe fruit.
