Dos Pasiones Tobala produced by local legend Epigmenio, now in his 90’s, with the help of his son Diego and family, this mezcal is made according to traditional and artisanal practices including cooking in an in-ground stone lined pit, tahona crushing, and open air fermentation in wooden tanks. The mash is double distilled in small copper pot stills.
