Agua del Sol Mexicano was produced by maestro mezcalero Francisco Garcia León, who was one of the original producers to inspire the creation of the mezcaleria CUISH. His family has made mezcal for several generations in San Guillermo, but in 1996 he emigrated to the US to support his family.
