Alacrán 36 is made with agave Espadin in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. The agaves are cooked in an underground oven, naturally fermented, and double distilled in copper pots. This mezcal is similar to the Alacrán Joven but it is adjusted to 36% ABV.
