The Perfect Pairings

We have been having a lot of fun recently putting together various mezcal pairings. Here are some great gift ideas for things that pair especially well with mezcal.

If you were at our San Diego event this year you probably tasted 1933 Simple Syrup’s varieties of delicious simple syrups featuring an array of fruit and agave flavors.

This year at our San Francisco event, Otra Restaurant knocked it out of the ballpark with their salsa macha deviled eggs. The salsa was from Chingonas and we were so excited to learn not only is it for sale, but they also ship so now everyone can see why we went gaga over it.
This year we were sad that Proyecto Diaz Coffee was not able to participate in our California events, though for the best reason – they are opening a a brick and mortar cafe in Oakland. The Diaz family has been growing coffee in the hills of Oaxaca since the early 19th Century and it is delicious. Not only does the Sampler Pack make for a great gift, but so does their instant Cafe de Olla kit.
