Mouthwatering mezcal goodness

This shot of “Mezcal Cured Ocean Trout with Cream Cheese, Roe and Sal de Gusanos” from Empellón Cocina got us primed for lunch.  It sounds like we’ll need to eat at Alex Stupak’s latest venture on our next trip to NYC.  Check out the full set of photos from Adam Goldberg’s recent meal there and you’ll be ready for dinner.
